a. Eurostars HVAC units delivered to customers are carefully examined and tested, with 48 hours trouble-free trial operation.
b. Eurostars HVAC units enjoy 1~1.5 years guarantee ever since B/L date.
(2)Technical support
a. Eurostars provide full technical support and training courses after equipment installation and commissioning.
b. 7*24 hours phone assistance on technical support.
c. Eurostars provide overseas guide installation,but not for free.
(3)Failure claim procedures
a. Detailed written failure description is required by fax or by mail, indicating the relevant equipment information and detailed description of failure.
b. Relevant pictures are required for failure confirmation.
c. Eurostars engineering and after-sales service team will check and form a diagnosis report.
d. Further trouble-shooting solutions will be offered to customers within 24 hours after receiving the written description and pictures.

Q: Can your company produce non-standard machine?
A: Sure, our factory has more than 30 years' experience in design and manufacturing chiller, we also supply the machine based on the specification provided by the customers. You just need to give us your detailed requests, we will design and manufacture after communication and confirmation.
Q: Can I have a sample for testing before ordering products?
A: Yes, you can. And you are warmly welcomed to visit our factory before PO.
Q: What is the warranty of products?
A: Warranty: 12~24 months after Bill of Lading date. Any unartificial failure occurred within the period, we'll supply you the spare parts for free, and permanent technical support & consultation all life long for the machines.
Q: How to properly install the fan coil unit?
A: We have very detailed user manual and installation instructions, also can be directly telephone or online video guidance.

12. Fan coil unit package and delivery
For bulk order, our standard package is carton packing for fan coil, for safe delivery and easy to load/unload, we will stack several layers together with plastic film and packing straps tightly onto the plywood or plastic pallets.
For sample order, we generally use plywood box or honeycomb cardboard to protect.
