Product Description

1.Eurostars air handling unit and air handler features
1). Working principle
--Both supply fan and exhaust fan are built inside to bring in fresh air and exhaust out the stale indoor air as well, thus to keep indoor space in natural comfort.
--Built-in heat exchanger (rotary heat exchanger or plate heat exchanger) transfers energy contained in the outgoing indoor air to the coming fresh air, thus fresh air is pre-cooled or preheated.
--Various functional sections such as filter section, cooling/heating section, humidifying section etc. can be combined together to meet different air treatment requirements.

2). Main features
Up-down layer construction, concise, compact.
Rotary heat exchanger(RHE) as a basic part. Humidifying section, coil section etc. selectable as per requirements.

Casing Panel and Insulation
• Double skin construction is provided by sandwich type panels comprising inner and outer painted steel skins and polyurethane foam with minimum 48kg/m3 density, providing a good thermal and acoustical performance
• The gasket liner between the panels and frame ensures the air leakage rate to comply with GB/T 14294 clean air conditioning requirement
• The factory painted steel sheet covered with 6 insulation coatings, complies to 500h salt spray testing, showing an excellent corrosion protection performance

Frame
•Penta-post extra heavy gauge aluminum profiles and strong fiber-reinforced PE corner connection forming the structural  frame
• superior mechanical strength and rigidity to the unit frame and to prevent any buckling or deformation
• Thermal bridge free design, the profiles filled with polyurethane foam for insulation

Sight Glass Service Door

Vibration Eliminator

Cooling Coil
Cooling Coil is used to cool and dehumidify the air.Both DX (direct expansion) cooling and CW (chilled water) cooling coils are available for use depending on the system design.
These coils are arranged in rows with different fin spacing.Aluminum fins and copper tubes are used in the design of the coils.The corrosion resistance hydrophilic fins are also
used due to its lower cost and lower resistance to the air velocity.

Filters
Filters are to remove particles and contaminants of various sizes from the air. The type of air filter being used will very much depend on the application of the system.
Panel Filter is a flat and rectangular in shape and provides a minimum low efficiency filtration which is acceptable to the air conditioning industry. The high velocity filter
is arranged vertically whereas the low velocity filter is arranged in V shape. Typical air velocity that moves through the filters is in the range of 2-3 m/s.

HEPA Filter is very efficient and is able to achieve efficiencies up to 99.97%, removing minute particles and airborne bacteria from the air. It is usually used in clean room
applications such as semiconductor production floor, operating theaters and critical processes.

Electrostatic Filter is used to remove particles from the air by using highly charged electrodes that ionized the air.
Bag Filter is able to remove dust particles and is thrown away after use.
Roll Filter is used for high velocity filtration where the used part is rolled up automatically/manually.
