Product Description

1. Eurostars air handling unit and air handler features
1) AHU case is the high-strength aluminum alloy frame, with built-in insulation materials, no cold bridges.
2) The aluminum material surface treated by anodizing looks nice and corrosion-resistant. The panel is 25mm thick and of double skin structure. Both the inner and outer panel plates are made of quality Korean galvanized steel painted, beautiful and fashionable design
3) The sandwiched PU foam insulation material between the plates ensure the best performance of insulation, intensity, rigidity, cleanliness and noise insulation for the AHU, and ensure no condensed water on the surface
4) In the gap between the frame and the panel moisture-proof material has been used to seal up, avoid air leakage and energy loss
5) The base frame is hot-dip galvanized steel, Anti-corrosive

Vibration Eliminator
• To reduce the transmission of vibration and noise, fan and motor are installed on an independent complete base frame

• All coils calculation and selection is done by selection software to match the required conditions

High efficiency filter
Filters are to remove particles and contaminants of various sizes from the air. The type of air filter being used will very much depend on the application of the system.
Panel Filter is a flat and rectangular in shape and provides a minimum low efficiency filtration which is acceptable to the air conditioning industry. The high velocity filter is arranged vertically whereas the low velocity filter is arranged in V shape. Typical air velocity that moves through the filters is in the range of 2-3 m/s.

HEPA Filter is very efficient and is able to achieve efficiencies up to 99.97%, removing minute particles and airborne bacteria from the air. It is usually used in clean room applications such as semiconductor production floor, operating theaters and critical processes.

Electrostatic Filter is used to remove particles from the air by using highly charged electrodes that ionized the air.
Bag Filter is able to remove dust particles and is thrown away after use.
Roll Filter is used for high velocity filtration where the used part is rolled up automatically/manually.
