Every fan coil has strict production process, including assembly, testing, packing.
8. Our warranty, technical support and failure claim proceduresand
(1) Warranty
a. Eurostars HVAC units delivered to customers are carefully examined and tested, with 48 hours trouble-free trial operation.
b. Eurostars HVAC units enjoy 1~1.5 years guarantee ever since B/L date.
(2)Technical support
a. Eurostars provide full technical support and training courses after equipment installation and commissioning.
b. 7*24 hours phone assistance on technical support.
c. Eurostars provide overseas guide installation,but not for free.
(3)Failure claim procedures
a. Detailed written failure description is required by fax or by mail, indicating the relevant equipment information and detailed description of failure.
b. Relevant pictures are required for failure confirmation.
c. Eurostars engineering and after-sales service team will check and form a diagnosis report.
d. Further trouble-shooting solutions will be offered to customers within 24 hours after receiving the written description and pictures.
9. Our OEM and ODM service:
EUROSTARS was established in 2006, has a professional technical team to research and develope HVAC products. We offer OEM/ODM service to our clients.
Now EUROSTARS collaborate with our clients in the following ways:
(1)Produce EUROSTARS standard products under clients' brand.
(2)Modify the products to satisfy clients' personalized requirements.
(3)If clients have their own idea and design of the products, EUROSTARS can actualize it and modify it make it easy for mass production.
(4)Based on strong capability of research and development, EUROSTARS can work together with clients to design and produce a totally new products.
10. Fan coil unit package and delivery
For bulk order, our standard package is carton packing for fan coil, for safe delivery and easy to load/unload, we will stack several layers together with plastic film and packing straps tightly onto the plywood or plastic pallets.
For sample order, we generally use plywood box or honeycomb cardboard to protect.
11. Fan coil unit projects
We exported fan coils to Serbia, Romania, Greece, France, South Africa, Australia, Uzbekistan, Mexico, Argentina, etc..
