1.Ceiling cassette fan coil brief introduction
Fan coil unit is the terminal of central air conditioning system.It consists of panel, master unit with centrifugal fan and copper tube heat exchanger, etc. The cassette fan coil unit fan coil unit can be ceiling suspendedding installation with hanger or recessed installation, and suitable for those places that required delicate decoration. Exposing air outlet, which save space and easy maintenance. Widely used in hotels, restaurants, factories, hospitals, exhibition hall, shopping malls, office rooms and other industrial and civil construction of the combined air-conditioning system to meet the cooling, heating and other requirements.

2. Ceiling cassette fan coil unit main components
(1)Frame for master unit
Made in galvanized steel plate, of high thickness for an excellent solidity and functionality.
(2)Cover panel
Made of white die-pressed plastic ABS material, with a simple and elegant design,
right for every kind of room. Central intake grid with 4 adjustable fins on the discharge.
(3)Heat exchanger coil
With copper pipes and blue aluminium fins, fixed on pipes through mechanical expansion,
with special and innovative profile for a higher exchanging power. Manifolds with male gas screwed connections and air vent valve and of easy way in. The discharge pump can drain condensing water in time.
(4)Fan
Centrifugal fan with single intake, with impeller of ABS balanced both statically and dynamically, and purposely designed for low sound emissions, overcharge protection motor with 3 rotation speeds.
(5)Air filter
Made up of honeycomb polypropylene filtering material, supported by a plastic frame.
3. Ceiling cassette fan coil features
(1) Excellent performance
Air flow capacities from 200 to 1600 CFM, 2-pipe or 4-pipe system combinations, economical, 3-speed fans deliver the right amount of conditioned air for comfort needs at any load.
(2) High reliability
Coils are factory leak tested at 3.3MPa air pressure with coil submerged in water. Base units are CE certified for European standards. Unit casing meets requirements for flame and smoke generation.
(3) Easy maintenance
Removable panels make access to components and connections easy. Cleanable filters available.
Label information adhered to each unit includes model, cooling capacity, electrical information.
(4) Simple installation
Piping, drain and wiring connections are readily accessible. Predrilled mounting holes and slots.
Compact unit casing accommodates installation in reduced ceiling plenum space.

9. Fan coil unit package and delivery
For bulk order, our standard package is carton packing for fan coil, for safe delivery and easy to load/unload, we will stack several layers together with plastic film and packing straps tightly onto the plywood or plastic pallets.
For sample order, we generally use plywood box or honeycomb cardboard to protect.
10. Fan coil unit projects
