1. Ultra thin exposed floor standing fan coil brief introduction
Fan coil units are mainly composed of tangential fans and coil heat exchangers. It is the terminal device of the central air conditioning system. And the fan sends indoor air or outdoor mixed air through the air cooler to be cooled or heated and then sends the air into the room to lower or raise the indoor temperature to meet people's comfort requirements.
It is widely used in hotels, restaurants, factories, hospitals, exhibition galleries, shopping malls and moving buildings.It is used to meet the requirements of cooling, dehumidification, heating and so on.

(1) Warranty
a. Eurostars HVAC units delivered to customers are carefully examined and tested, with 48 hours trouble-free trial operation.
b. Eurostars HVAC units enjoy 1~1.5 years guarantee ever since B/L date.
(2)Technical support
a. Eurostars provide full technical support and training courses after equipment installation and commissioning.
b. 7*24 hours phone assistance on technical support.
c. Eurostars provide overseas guide installation,but not for free.
(3)Failure claim procedures
a. Detailed written failure description is required by fax or by mail, indicating the relevant equipment information and detailed description of failure.
b. Relevant pictures are required for failure confirmation.
c. Eurostars engineering and after-sales service team will check and form a diagnosis report.
d. Further trouble-shooting solutions will be offered to customers within 24 hours after receiving the written description and pictures.

11. Fan coil unit package and delivery
For bulk order, our standard package is carton packing for fan coil, for safe delivery and easy to load/unload, we will stack several layers together with plastic film and packing straps tightly onto the plywood or plastic pallets.
For sample order, we generally use plywood box or honeycomb cardboard to protect.
12. Fan coil unit projects
