Central Air Conditioner Ceiling Mounted Floor Standing Fan Coil Unit
1. Ceiling mounted floor standing fan coil brief introduction
The careful design of the main components, refined styling and the versatility of the product make it suitable for any type of installation in the residential, commercial or industrial context.
Available in 8 constructional sizes with 2.7 to 12.6kW refrigerating power rating and 4.05 to 18.9 kW heating capacity, they are suitable for installation on walls, horizontal ceiling or floor standing, while their small size provides them with a pleasant appearance.
2. Ceiling mounted floor standing fan coil unit main components
(1) Fan
Fans are centrifugal type. All fans are statically and dynamically balanced.
(2) Motor
Single-phase motors are suitable for different voltages, such as 110V, 115V, 120V, 220V, 230V, 240V. All motors have 10 percent voltage utilization range and wired to unit terminal box. Motors are designed for long life.
(3) Casing
Casing are constructed of heavy gauge steel. Air grille is ABS material that easily to open for maintenance.
(4) Heat exchanger
Coils are standard design together with rows. High efficient hydrophilic aluminum fins are mechanically bonded to seamless copper tubes. All coils are specifically designed and circuited for water use. All coils are tested at 3.3MPa.
(5) Drained pan
The condensate water should be drained out to ensure the fan coil unit safety running. The fan coil unit shall be factory installed return air plenum that encloses the fan section of the unit. No field fabrication is required. The return air arrangement is from front of the fan coil.
(6) Washable filter
Filter is easy to pull out and washable.
(7)Remote controller
Comfortable and intuitive, with a minimal and ergonomic design. Remote controller with LED display shows the set-up of the unit: room temperature, fan speed and running mode, etc.
3. Ceiling mounted exposed floor standing fan coil features
(1) Excellent performance
Air flow capacities from 300 to 1400 CFM, 2-pipe or 4-pipe system combinations, economical, 3-speed fans deliver the right amount of conditioned air for comfort needs at any load.
(2) High reliability
Coils are factory leak tested at 3.3MPa air pressure with coil submerged in water. Base units are CE certified for European standards. Unit casing meets requirements for flame and smoke generation.
(3) Easy maintenance
Removable panels make access to components and connections easy. Cleanable filters available.
Label information adhered to each unit includes model, cooling capacity, electrical information.
(4) Simple installation
Piping, drain and wiring connections are readily accessible. Predrilled mounting holes and slots.
Compact unit casing accommodates installation in reduced ceiling plenum space.

9. Fan coil unit package and delivery
For bulk order, our standard package is carton packing for fan coil, for safe delivery and easy to load/unload, we will stack several layers together with plastic film and packing straps tightly onto the plywood or plastic pallets.
For sample order, we generally use plywood box or honeycomb cardboard to protect.
