Product Description

1. Eurostars air handling unit and air handler features
 1) With reinforced aluminum alloy frame structure, the unit is connected by angular pieces with high strength to become a solid whole, and arranged to have a reasonable intermediate support, making the unit forced evenly, in order to ensure that the unit is not deformed under high pressure.
2) Cabinet panel is of double wall panel structure, with galvanized-steel inner layer and color clad steel outer layer. In the middle layer, CFC-free polyurethane foam material with 30-50mm thickness is used as insulation material, with low heat conductivity coefficient and good waterproof and insulation effect. At the same time, the interior of wall panel is designed to have a reinforced structure to make the unit stronger and more durable.
3) The insulation protection is provided between aluminum alloy panel and frame to safely eliminate cold bridge with small leakage rate and good sealing.
4)Overall structure of the unit is novel and unique, with strong rigidity, light quality and easy dismantling and assembling.

Casing Panel and Insulation
• Double skin construction is provided by sandwich type panels comprising inner and outer painted steel skins and polyurethane foam with minimum 48kg/m3 density, providing a good thermal and acoustical performance
• The gasket liner between the panels and frame ensures the air leakage rate to comply with GB/T 14294 clean air conditioning requirement
• The factory painted steel sheet covered with 6 insulation coatings, complies to 500h salt spray testing, showing an excellent corrosion protection performance

High efficiency filter
Filters are to remove particles and contaminants of various sizes from the air. The type of air filter being used will very much depend on the application of the system.
Panel Filter is a flat and rectangular in shape and provides a minimum low efficiency filtration which is acceptable to the air conditioning industry. The high velocity filter is arranged vertically whereas the low velocity filter is arranged in V shape. Typical air velocity that moves through the filters is in the range of 2-3 m/s.

HEPA Filter is very efficient and is able to achieve efficiencies up to 99.97%, removing minute particles and airborne bacteria from the air. It is usually used in clean room applications such as semiconductor production floor, operating theaters and critical processes.

Electrostatic Filter is used to remove particles from the air by using highly charged electrodes that ionized the air.
Bag Filter is able to remove dust particles and is thrown away after use.
Roll Filter is used for high velocity filtration where the used part is rolled up automatically/manually.

Stainless Steel Drain Pan
