4.1 Does the technology of monoblock unit stable and mature?
Yes, monoblock unit has more than 100-years history.It is very common in Europe, Australia, America and etc.
Now monoblock unit is more and more popular as it is very easy to use and install.
4.2 Will monoblock unit make a big noise during working?
No, compared to semi-hermetic compressor, monoblock unit use hermetic compressor imported, and with box type design,
Can reduce the most noise.
4.3 How to handle the heat come out from monoblock unit stay indoors?
Please make sure the indoor have good ventilation;If it is no ventilation, we also can offer centrifugal monoblock unit,
Make centrifuge fan in the condenser with air hose, bring the heat to outside.
4.4 What should be take care when installing the monoblock unit?
It is very convenient on installation, compare to split type condensing unit, it no needs to connect copper pipe or others.
Just connect with the electric wire, and it's done.
4.5 What's the price of monoblock unit?
The monoblock unit price is little higher than split type, but it is very easy to install and save the space.

4.6 How you pack the panels to avoid the damage?

4.7 How to calculate the electricity power of cold room?
If you use monoblock unit, the electricity power = input x hours
If you use split system, the electricity power = (Condensing unit input + evaporator input) x hours
In summer, hour is 18 hours.In winter, hour is 12 hour
5. Installation instructions:
1) The unit should be fixed at the site where the air is easy to flow, and far away from heat source;
2) In the storage building, the fixing hole for the unit should be made before the installation. The side of the hole should be made of wood, strong enough to support the unit.
3) Good quality wood should be embedded at the hole for bold fixing;
4) Fix the unit on the body of the storage room with bolts;
5) Seal the hole around the unit with sealing material;
6) Drainage pipe fixing: Fix the drainage pipe on the drainage mouth of the evaporator with pipe clam, ensure the direction is correct and the water could flow smoothly;
7) Electrical system fixing:
(1)Check the conformity of voltage the main power supply to that of name plate, the tolerance is ±10%;
(2)Air switch is required to ensure safety and flexibility.
(3)Grounding must be reliable;
8)Trial operation of the unit
(1)Verify that the electrical connection is correct before start the unit;
(2)Add water to the pan of evaporator until there can be see water comes out from the of drainage pipe at the condenser side;
(3)Close the air switch, one minute later, the indicator of the fan and refrigeration on the control panel will be on, means the operation is normal. Keep watch until operation is stable.
