4. Super thin exposed fan coil unit main characteristics
(1)Ultra thin design the width of the body is only 130 mm thickness.
(2)Modern industrial style design, exquisite manufacturing technology and elegant surface. It is cater to modern decoration style.
(3)Using the cross flow fan, optimization of pipeline design. Strong wind and quiet running.
(4)The wind guide strip is installed with damping, can manually adjust the angle of the wind.
(5)Concealed built-in intelligent LED temprature controller which is elegant appearance and easy to use.
(6)Cold wind protection system. It can stop the cold wind blow out when the water temperature in the pipe is too cold.
(7)Left-right water pipe and electric control box can be changed to both side. Easy for installing work and reduce the dependence on the site.
(8)The side metal plate can be removed before installation which make pipe connection easier.
(9)The filter of the fan coil is easy to change and washable.
(10)2-way or 3-way valve is optional which can decrease the cost of installation.
(11)Can installed by floor standing with leg, or hanging on the wall without leg.

Every fan coil has strict production process, including assembly, testing, packing.

(1) Warranty
a. Eurostars HVAC units delivered to customers are carefully examined and tested, with 48 hours trouble-free trial operation.
b. Eurostars HVAC units enjoy 1~1.5 years guarantee ever since B/L date.
(2)Technical support
a. Eurostars provide full technical support and training courses after equipment installation and commissioning.
b. 7*24 hours phone assistance on technical support.
c. Eurostars provide overseas guide installation,but not for free.
(3)Failure claim procedures
a. Detailed written failure description is required by fax or by mail, indicating the relevant equipment information and detailed description of failure.
b. Relevant pictures are required for failure confirmation.
c. Eurostars engineering and after-sales service team will check and form a diagnosis report.
d. Further trouble-shooting solutions will be offered to customers within 24 hours after receiving the written description and pictures.

11. Fan coil unit package and delivery
For bulk order, our standard package is carton packing for fan coil, for safe delivery and easy to load/unload, we will stack several layers together with plastic film and packing straps tightly onto the plywood or plastic pallets.
For sample order, we generally use plywood box or honeycomb cardboard to protect.
12. Fan coil unit projects
We exported fan coils to Serbia, Romania, Greece, France, South Africa, Australia, Uzbekistan, Mexico, Argentina, etc..
