Product Description

1. Eurostars air handling unit and air handler features
1) Adopt processed electrostatic powder coating of high-strength galvanized steel sheet, high-performance anti-corrosion; new type of insulation material used PE or PU material with excellent insulation and sound-absorbing effect, non-absorbent and can effectively prevent producing cold bridge
2) Adopt Single-phase capacitance asynchronous motor, can be third gear speed to meet the different needs of air flow
3) Using thin-walled brass and the new fin, mechanical pipe up. Ensure the brass close coordination between the fins, so as to ensure the coil has the best possible effect of heat transfer, provide a reliable Protection for the efficient operation of the unit.
4) Adopt efficient forward-wing centrifugal blower, low-noise, stable and reliable performance; fan and motor in conjunction with the drive shaft, bearing select high-precision imported high-quality ball bearings, no need to make up oil.

Casing Panel and Insulation
• Double skin construction is provided by sandwich type panels comprising inner and outer painted steel skins and polyurethane foam with minimum 48kg/m3 density, providing a good thermal and acoustical performance
• The gasket liner between the panels and frame ensures the air leakage rate to comply with GB/T 14294 clean air conditioning requirement
• The factory painted steel sheet covered with 6 insulation coatings, complies to 500h salt spray testing, showing an excellent corrosion protection performance

Frame
•Penta-post extra heavy gauge aluminum profiles and strong fiber-reinforced PE corner connection forming the structural  frame
• superior mechanical strength and rigidity to the unit frame and to prevent any buckling or deformation

Vibration Eliminator
• To reduce the transmission of vibration and noise, fan and motor are installed on an independent complete base frame

• All coils calculation and selection is done by selection software to match the required conditions

High efficiency filter
Filters are to remove particles and contaminants of various sizes from the air. The type of air filter being used will very much depend on the application of the system.
Panel Filter is a flat and rectangular in shape and provides a minimum low efficiency filtration which is acceptable to the air conditioning industry. The high velocity filter is arranged vertically whereas the low velocity filter is arranged in V shape. Typical air velocity that moves through the filters is in the range of 2-3 m/s.

HEPA Filter is very efficient and is able to achieve efficiencies up to 99.97%, removing minute particles and airborne bacteria from the air. It is usually used in clean room applications such as semiconductor production floor, operating theaters and critical processes.

Electrostatic Filter is used to remove particles from the air by using highly charged electrodes that ionized the air.
Bag Filter is able to remove dust particles and is thrown away after use.
Roll Filter is used for high velocity filtration where the used part is rolled up automatically/manually.

Stainless Steel Drain Pan
