1. Ultra thin exposed floor standing fan coil brief introduction
Fan coil unit is the terminal of central air conditioning system.It consists of cross-flow fan with plastic sealed motor and copper tube heat exchanger. The ultra-thin wall fan coil unit can be wall mounted with screws at back steel plate, or directly floor standing, and suitable for those places that required delicate decoration. Fan coil units are widely used in hotels, restaurants, factories, hospitals, exhibition hall, shopping malls, office rooms and other industrial and civil construction of the combined air-conditioning system to meet the cooling, heating and other requirements.

(1)Casing
Advanced quality galvanized sheet, waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion proof, also have a good performance in dark wet condition.
(2)Motor
High quality and reliability plastic sealed motor, through dynamic balance test, quiet design and stable performance.
(3)Fan
Unit features a high quality cross-flow fan with tube type impeller;The fan has a good dynamic balance and a stable performance, and minimizes the operation sound while ensuring enough air flow and the static pressure of outlet air by using efficient sound-dampening and heat-insulation material.
(4)Cooling/Heating Coil
Features seamless copper tube mechanically expanded to aluminum shutter fins, high heat transfer efficiency, good toughness and can bear high water pressure. Fin pitch designed by software, enough heat exchanging area, less dirt retention and air flow smoothly.
(4)Condensate Water Pan
Features PVC drain pan with,hollow structure design can enchance the thermal insulation properties,at the same time to provent from leaking.
(5)Water Connector
Professional design, water flow uniform distribution, small water resistance. Particular pipe clamp to ensure steady pipe connecting.

9. How to choose the fan coil?
(1) Firstly need to know the application site, for example, hotel room generally choose ceiling concealed fan coil, restaurant generally choose ceiling cassette fan coil, it depends on site requirements.
(2) If need to calculate cooling capacity, please get the acreage data.
(3) Confirm the pipe system: 2 pipe or 4 pipe according to the cooling and heating source.

12. Fan coil unit package and delivery
For bulk order, our standard package is carton packing for fan coil, for safe delivery and easy to load/unload, we will stack several layers together with plastic film and packing straps tightly onto the plywood or plastic pallets.
For sample order, we generally use plywood box or honeycomb cardboard to protect.
