Casing Panel and Insulation
• Double skin construction is provided by sandwich type panels comprising inner and outer painted steel skins and polyurethane foam with minimum 48kg/m3 density, providing a good thermal and acoustical performance
• The gasket liner between the panels and frame ensures the air leakage rate to comply with GB/T 14294 clean air conditioning requirement
• The factory painted steel sheet covered with 6 insulation coatings, complies to 500h salt spray testing, showing an excellent corrosion protection performance

Frame
•Penta-post extra heavy gauge aluminum profiles and strong fiber-reinforced PE corner connection forming the structural  frame
• superior mechanical strength and rigidity to the unit frame and to prevent any buckling or deformation

Cooling Coil
Cooling Coil is used to cool and dehumidify the air.Both DX (direct expansion) cooling and CW (chilled water) cooling coils are available for use depending on the system design.
These coils are arranged in rows with different fin spacing.Aluminum fins and copper tubes are used in the design of the coils.The corrosion resistance hydrophilic fins are also
used due to its lower cost and lower resistance to the air velocity.

Isothermality humidification type, use AC electricity can direct heating water supply to produce clean vapour and mix vapour with the air, add-wet into the air. the advantage is humidifying fast, humidifying volume can adjustable, humidifying vapour is clean, no incrustation scale,no dust, sterile and odourless, convenient to maintenance.

Air filter include primary air filter, medium efficiency air filter, high effect and sub-high efficiency particulate air filter.
a) Primary filter have board type and pocket type, board type air filter use fiber materials, pocket type primary air filter use Non-woven or special chemical fiber, have the advantage of washable, low resistance, stable performance etc, filter grade G1~G4.
b) Medium efficiency air filter have board type and pocket type, use ultra-thin chemical fiber or fiber glass, have the advantage of long service-life, stable performance, filter grade F5~F8
