1. Ceiling mounted floor standing fan coil brief introduction
Fan coil units are referred to as fan coils. It is one of the end devices of an air conditioning system consisting of a small fan, a motor and a coil (air heat exchanger). When the chilled water or hot water flows through the coil pipe, heat is exchanged with the air outside the pipe, the air is cooled, and the indoor air parameters are adjusted by dehumidifying or heating. It is a commonly used cooling and heating terminal device.

2. Ceiling mounted floor standing fan coil unit main components
(1) Fan
Fans are centrifugal type. All fans are statically and dynamically balanced.
(2) Motor
Single-phase motors are suitable for different voltages, such as 110V, 115V, 120V, 220V, 230V, 240V. All motors have 10 percent voltage utilization range and wired to unit terminal box. Motors are designed for long life.
(3) Casing
Casing are constructed of heavy gauge steel. Air grille is ABS material that easily to open for maintenance.
(4) Heat exchanger
Coils are standard design together with rows. High efficient hydrophilic aluminum fins are mechanically bonded to seamless copper tubes. All coils are specifically designed and circuited for water use. All coils are tested at 3.3MPa.
(5) Drained pan
The condensate water should be drained out to ensure the fan coil unit safety running. The fan coil unit shall be factory installed return air plenum that encloses the fan section of the unit. No field fabrication is required. The return air arrangement is from front of the fan coil.
(6) Washable filter
Filter is easy to pull out and washable.
(7)Remote controller
Comfortable and intuitive, with a minimal and ergonomic design. Remote controller with LED display shows the set-up of the unit: room temperature, fan speed and running mode, etc.

Every fan coil has strict production process, including assembly, testing, packing.
8. Our service and Customer visit
Before-sale services:
(1)Tell clients how to use our products and matters needing attention.
(2)Guide clients to choose the best and economic product, recover the investment within short time.
(3)Site inspection if client require.
In-sale services:
(1)Quality control must be inspect strictly.
(2)In accordance with the agrements stipulated in the contract.
After-sale services
(1)If the project needs our installation guidance, we can send our engineer and translator. We can also send customers installation video to teach them how to fix and operate with our product.
(2)Usually, our product warranty is 12 months since BL date, within this warranty period, all parts broken will be responsible for our factory.
9. Fan coil unit package and delivery
For bulk order, our standard package is carton packing for fan coil, for safe delivery and easy to load/unload, we will stack several layers together with plastic film and packing straps tightly onto the plywood or plastic pallets.
For sample order, we generally use plywood box or honeycomb cardboard to protect.
10. Fan coil unit projects
We exported fan coils to Serbia, Romania, Greece, France, South Africa, Australia, Uzbekistan, Mexico, Argentina, etc..
