Product Description

1.Application of Air Source Heat Pump
EVI low temperature air source heat pumps absorb low-grade heat energy from the air to provide domestic/commercial heating or hot water. They can also function as cooling devices in summer. These cold climate heat pumps are developed using the Enhanced Vapor Injection (EVI) compressor technology and high-efficiency eco-friendly refrigerant, which ensures that the units can work normally at - 25ºC and supply heating in cold areas.
 
In some areas, the lowest temperature in winter can reach minus 25ºC. Under such a low temperature environment, it is difficult for ordinary air source heat pumps to maintain a good heating capacity. Low ambient temperature will lead to severe frosting of air source heat pumps, resulting in inability to start or unstable heating. It is recommended to use EVI air source heat pumps in cold weather. They apply special low temperature technology, special low temperature compressors and low temperature refrigerants to ensure normal start-up, stable operation and efficient heat supply under a low temperature environment. Now they are widely used in cold climate for heating and hot water supply.

Q:HOW TO SELECT A HEAT PUMP?
How do users know what kind heat pump should buy? Such as air source heat pump, geothermal source heat pump, water source heat pump and swimming pool heat pump. 
A:--Air source heat pump working condition is from -25C to +43C. And the efficiency is affected by air temperature greatly. Colder weather, lower efficiency. So air source heat pump is suitable for the place where air temperature is above -25C. 
--Geothermal source heat pump is: bury pipe in the garden ground, and water in the buried pipe deliver heat from soil to heat pump, heat pump transfer heat to house or hot water. Because soil temperature changes little and about 10C all the year, so that geothermal source heat pump gives constant and high efficiency all the time. If there is enough place to bury pipe, geothermal source heat pump is the best choice. But to install geothermal source heat pump cost higher than air source heat pump.


Q:Why it can work at -25ºC?
Because of the Enhanced Vapor Injection (EVI) technology from Copeland compressor, EUROSTARS designed EVI gas piping system and controlling system, make EVI air source heat pump can work stably in the low temperature condition.
