Product Description

1. Eurostars air handling unit and air handler features
1) Adopt high-quality low-noise motor and low-speed but big air flow rate fans, which are with quiet operation, low noise, stable and reliable performance.
2) There is primary nylon mesh filter at the inlet as well as a variety of filtering and sterilization devices (aluminum mesh filter, electronic purification and photo catalyst) for choice. The especially dedicated plate filter can be arbitrarily and easily extracted from left and right as well as up and down, so it is particularly suitable for compact spaces needing maintenance cleaning.
3) The insulation materials are the 25mm thick polyurethane high-pressure foam panel owning excellent insulation and acoustic effects, not absorbing water and capable of effectively preventing cold bridges.
4) The heat exchanger is made of high-quality air-conditioning copper hydrophilic aluminum foil corrugated sheet via mechanical expansion, ensuring close cooperation between copper pipes and fins, bringing small wind resistance and good heat transfer performance, and providing a reliable guarantee for efficient operation of the unit.
5) Air Handling Units Air Conditioners, because of its unique structure, convenient and flexible layout and space-saving feature, it is widely used in shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, conference rooms, theaters and other places and is a mainly intermediate device of the centralized air conditioning system. Vibration Eliminator

High efficiency filter
Filters are to remove particles and contaminants of various sizes from the air. The type of air filter being used will very much depend on the application of the system.
Panel Filter is a flat and rectangular in shape and provides a minimum low efficiency filtration which is acceptable to the air conditioning industry. The high velocity filter is arranged vertically whereas the low velocity filter is arranged in V shape. Typical air velocity that moves through the filters is in the range of 2-3 m/s.

HEPA Filter is very efficient and is able to achieve efficiencies up to 99.97%, removing minute particles and airborne bacteria from the air. It is usually used in clean room applications such as semiconductor production floor, operating theaters and critical processes.

Electrostatic Filter is used to remove particles from the air by using highly charged electrodes that ionized the air.
Bag Filter is able to remove dust particles and is thrown away after use.
Roll Filter is used for high velocity filtration where the used part is rolled up automatically/manually.
