1. Ceiling concealed DC fan coil brief description
Fan coil unit is the terminal of central air conditioning system.It consists of centrifugal fan and copper tube heat exchanger.The ceiling concealed fan coil unit can be embedded in the ceiling and merged with interior decoration. Only exposing tuyere, which save space and easy maintenance. Widely used in hotels, restaurants, factories, hospitals, exhibition hall, shopping malls, office rooms and other industrial and civil construction of the combined air-conditioning system to meet the cooling, heating and other requirements.

3. Ceiling concealed slim DC fan coil unit main components
(1) Fan
Fans are made of plastic centrifugal type. All fans are statically and dynamically balanced.
(2) Motor
DC Single-phase motors are suitable for different voltages, such as 110V, 115V, 120V, 220V, 230V, 240V. All motors have 10 percent voltage utilization range and wired to unit terminal box. Motors are designed for long life.
(3) Drain pan
Dray pan is integrally attached to coil casings and ended with drain hose. All pans are made of foam.
(4) Water coil
Coils are 2 and 3-row as standard design together. High efficient hydrophilic aluminum fins are mechanically bonded to seamless copper tubes. All coils are specifically designed and circuited for water use. All coils are tested at 3.3MPa.
(5) Casing
Casing are constructed of heavy gauge steel. Interior surface of unit panels are acoustically and thermally insulated with polyethylene foam.
Units are furnished as standard with a 1 inch duct collar to facilitate connection of the supply air duct.
(6) Return air plenum (optional)
The fan coil unit shall be factory installed return air plenum that encloses the fan section of the unit. No field fabrication is required. The return air arrangement is adaptable between bottom or rear return of the plenum.
(7) Washable filter (optional)
Filter should be accessible from return air grille.
4. Ceiling concealed slim DC fan coil unit features
(1)200mm slim design, beautiful appearance, save the space of ceiling
The fan coil is only 200mm thickness, which is suitable to installed in a height-limited ceiling.
(2)Left/right pipe connection direction is optional
The water pipe connection direction can be customized, it will benefit to short the installation cost.
(3)Air return box is standard, and air direction can be exchange between side return and bottom return
(4)Use plastic fan, which can offer softer air flowing and reduce the noise level.
(5)Air volume range is from 200CFM to 700CFM, which is fully satisfy to the necessary of home using.
(6)High efficiency
Adopt good quality heat exchanger and fan, which is benefit to the heat exchanging capacity and efficiency.
(7)Drain pump is optional
750 mm lift drain pump is optional to built-in the fan coil, the controlling of drain pump is also built-in. Water float switch is standard for the fan coil which built-in drain pump to prevent the leaking of draining.

8. How to choose the fan coil?
(1) Firstly need to know the application site, for example, hotel room generally choose ceiling concealed fan coil, restaurant generally choose ceiling cassette fan coil, it depends on site requirements.
(2) If need to calculate cooling capacity, please get the acreage data.
(3) Confirm the pipe system: 2 pipe or 4 pipe according to the cooling and heating source.

10. Fan coil unit package and delivery
For bulk order, our standard package is carton packing for fan coil, for safe delivery and easy to load/unload, we will stack several layers together with plastic film and packing straps tightly onto the plywood or plastic pallets.
For sample order, we generally use plywood box or honeycomb cardboard to protect.
11. Ceiling concealed fan coil installation instruction
(1) Air duct must be fireproof regulations for buildings.
(2) For horizontal air supply, N≥150 MM; if air duct is longer than 1 m, N≥200 mm.
(3) Size of M depends on air duct installation. Pressure loss of circulatory air must be consistent with outlet static pressure of the unit.
